Corners are mitred, not butt jointed, unavoidable butt joints are placed where they are least visible, light leaks are avoided, backs fit neatly, all joints are reinforced strongly and stainless screws are used to avoid rust marks. ACCURACY The end client wants the sign to look like what was expected. Your digital art- work is checked for problems and used to program the laser and router.  Within the limitations of the material, the product is built as closely as possible to the specified shape.  For repetition corporate work, cnc router cut wooden moulds ensure consistency of curved shapes.
